"After devoting decades to the success of their businesses, many owners start thinking about a change five years out. Some see retirement freedom; others want to start again with a new idea. We frame these impulses in terms of succession, exit, and transition (SET) strategies that can help transform the dream into an effective plan and escape the frustration of perma-five."

ERSI is also an affiliate of National Financial Partners and a charter member firm of Business Enterprise Institute, both national think-tank firms serving businesses of all sizes.
